INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to selected destinations.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any additional local governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of BILEYA COUTURE.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DELAYS
BILEYA COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs processing procedures, or any actions taken by local import authorities.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes or related charges, any return shipping costs and associated administrative fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
