RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However:

Any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, including express delivery upgrades, will not be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).

RETURN CONDITIONS

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods is covered by BILEYA COUTURE.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused

All original tags must be attached

Hygiene seals must remain intact

Items should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed swimwear products are not eligible for return once the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

In all cases, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal, subject to our right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or proof of return.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, including credit/debit card or PayPal.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer DHL Standard delivery (4–8 business days).

We offer DHL Express delivery (1–2 business days), where available.

For purchases shipped outside the European Union, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional local governmental charges or customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

BILEYA COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties, import charges, or related local fees, any return shipping costs, customs charges and associated administrative costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance and customs processing.
