1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
However:

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused

All original tags must be attached

Hygiene seals must remain intact

Items must be returned in original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons and in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, swimwear that has been unsealed or where hygiene protection has been removed may not be eligible for return.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer DHL Standard delivery (4–8 business days).

We offer DHL Express delivery (1–2 business days), where available.

We do not cover all applicable duties and taxes, including shipments outside the European Union.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
